GUESTS
HHGS is not a golf booking agent or golf tour operator and we do not cater to Tourists wishing to play golf.
However, subject to availability of tee times, HHGS Members can enter Guests who hold a WHS compliant Handicap index based on 20 entered rounds into HHGS events for a maximum of 4 events in any 12 month period.
After those 4 rounds if the Guest involved wishes to continue to play with HHGS they must then apply for full membership as follows.

Membership Requirements
To be eligible to join HHGS applicants must:
• Be at least 18 years old
• Initially play 2 times as a Guest within a 12 month period – 1 of which games must be with a current committee member
•Be resident in Thailand for a minimum of 90 days in any 12-month period
• Have a recognized WHS related handicap which is based on 20 rounds of golf with a maximum 28 for men and 36 for women
• Complete the required Application Form

Application Review and Fees
Once received the application must be proposed and seconded by existing HHGS
members. Once reviewed and once the relevant Initial Joining Fee and current year’s
annual fee have been paid new members with entered onto our Player and Handicap
Management program – True Handicap – and given log-in and general guides on use
of this.
The current fees for Membership are 2,000 baht initial joining fee and an annual fee of 2,000 baht
