At Berny’s Inn you can enrol for the twice weekly competitions (excluding bank holidays) on Tuesday’s and Friday’s playing one of the local golf courses.

Can we remind all golfers who have entered the competitions to be at the golf course 30 minutes before their tee time, as stated on the start sheet, as very often people drop out and gaps have to be filled, also the administration persons would like to have a few minutes to prepare before playing themselves, thank you. 

Guests are welcome to join us, although members will be given first refusal, a current handicap certificate will be required for those who have not played with the society within a one month period, once accepted they will be asked to play with at least one society member.

 

PURPOSE OF THE SOCIETY

First: To create a non-profit making society, to promote the sport of golf amongst the community of Hua Hin.

 

Second: To stimulate interest in the game of golf by bringing together a group of golfers interested in forming a golf organization, within the bounds of Thai Law.

 

Third: To encourage conformance to the R&A and USGA rules of golf by creating a representative authority.

 

Fourth: To maintain a uniform system of handicapping as set forth in the approved English Golf Union (CONGU) handicapping system.

 

Fifth: To provide an authoritative body to govern and conduct club competitions.
